This is a course I enjoy playing a few times a year. Both 9's are good although very different. I especially like the creek 9 which you get to play as the last 9 when you play 18 holes. It is a great layout that requires shotmaking, not so much emphasis on distance.

A good course for the price. The Denver public courses( Wellshire,Willis Case,Overland and Kennedy) are all good and worth playing.

One of the Denver Municipal courses. Played at the senior rate. Course has 3 nines and a par 3. Gets a lot of play, including league play, so it's hard to just walk on. Denver golf reservation system is easy to use. Easy to walk, except for the Creek 9 which meanders around Cherry Creek and across a major street. Visually appealing with no gimmick holes. Practice area is marginal, with no chipping green or bunkers. Great value for the money.
